The Buyer(s) is urged to research the breed and be familiar with all the health issues that could affect their Bullmastiff before entering into this or any agreement to purchase a Bullmastiff. Buyer’s Responsibilities: Have puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of delivery. Seller must be informed within 72 hours of delivery of the examination’s result by email or by fax. The failure of this will result in the cancellation of this guarantee. Note: There is no warranty against Hypoglycemia, Coccidiosis, Parasites, and Viral or Bacterial Infections, BLOAT. Provide puppy with routine preventive care, such as, but not limited to: Annual physical examination by a licensed veterinarian. Follow veterinarian guidelines for vaccinations and deworming and health care. Buyer agrees to provide good care and a loving environment for this dog and is aware that a Bullmastiff can overheat quickly and easily and may die as a result of heatstroke, and therefore must be housed indoors primarily. Bullmastiff’s should be fed a quality food that does not contain corn. Health Guarantee: Seller(s) certifies that the Bullmastiff described herein is of sound health at the time of this sale and has been immunized, microchipped and wormed accordingly, as well as thoroughly examined by Seller’s veterinarian within 48 hours of release of said pup and judged to be in good health. Seller guarantees this dog to be free of serious, life-threatening congenital conditions FOR JUST 72 HOURS Any physical problem that is or could be the result of neglect or injury is not covered under this guarantee. No other disorders or conditions are warranted.IF PUPPY IS FOUND TO BE UN-HEALTHY BY A VETERINARIAN WITH IN 48 HOURS THE BUYER WILL GET A NEW PUPPY,NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN, if a puppy is not available at that time buyer will have 1st pick of the next litter available.
Buyer(s) is responsible for vet bills incurred prior to return, and transportation cost to return. A returned puppy must be returned to the seller in good condition, other than the specified problem, as well as AKC records and all paperwork provided from seller, as well as all medical records from veterinarian at the buyer’s expense. The owner will then qualify for a replacement puppy. This guarantee applies to the original puppy only and is nontransferable to a second party. No replacement puppy will be given if the puppy has been bred, spayed, neutered, or evidence of abuse or neglect, or euthanized without seller’s permission. It is understood that the replacement puppy may not be from the exact same parents of original puppy. . This dog is warranted only for the purpose of being a pet and companion. Upon transfer of ownership from Breeder, Buyer(s) will be given an AKC Registration Application (unless it is a Limited Registration *see Note), vaccination record, and health certificate. Spaying or neutering is strongly recommended if keeping the dog solely as a pet, and no guarantee is given to the Buyer(s) for any special purpose, such as conformation showing or breeding function of this dog. It is further understood and agreed that no warranty or representation has been made with respect to above-described puppy except as set forth in writing in this agreement. If this dog earns an AKC title, such as Champion, Obedience, Agility, or it’s International Championship, Seller will refund $25.00 for each title earned. Proof of title earned must be received from the buyer before any refund will be given. $200.00 lifetime maximum per dog. This contract supersedes any and all previous agreements. This contract is null and void if the terms and conditions are not fulfilled. Buyer agrees that he/she understands this contract fully, and that this contract is under the jurisdiction of the State of ILLINOIS. Shipping/Delivery: If flown, puppy will be shipped between EIGHT & nine weeks of age, weather permitting. Most will be shipped at EIGHT weeks old, but some need a little more time and will be shipped later. Photos and letters are most welcome! Enjoy your new Bullmastiff!
IF FOR ANY REASON A BUYER OF ANY OF OUR PUPPIES CAN NO LONGER TAKE CARE OR WANT THE PUPPY FOR ANY REASON AT ANY AGE. PUPPY MUST BE RETURNED TO IRONMOUNTAIN & ONLY IRONMOUNTAIN OR A PENALTY OF $5,000.00 WILL BE CHARGE TO PUPPY BUYER FOR BREAKING THIS AGREEMENT. PUPPY MUST BE OFFERED TO IRONMOUNTAIN AT NO COST AND NEVER, SOLD OR BROUGHT TO A PET STORE OR DOG SHELTER OR ANY RESCUE FOR ANY REASON AT ALL . ALSO A FEE OF $60.00 MUST BE PAY AT TIME OF PUPPY PICK UP TO COVER MICRO CHIP AND AKC REG PAPERS,SO WE HAVE A WAY TO IDENTIFY ALL IRONMOUNTAINS DOGS AND PUPPIES AT ANYTIME. THANK YOU.
